1. Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund in the following cases:

  • The received product is defective or damaged during transportation.

  • The delivered product does not match the order (wrong model, size, color, or quantity).

  • The product is counterfeit, imitation, or has unclear origin.

  • The order is canceled before shipment.

2. Refund Request Period

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 07 days from the date of receipt.

  • After this period, AiBuySup reserves the right to decline the request.

3. Refund Process

  1. Customers contact the Customer Support Center via the AiBuySup app or website to submit a request.

  2. Provide order details, along with photos or videos proving the product defect.

  3. AiBuySup will verify the information within 3 – 5 business days.

  4. Once confirmed eligible, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (e-wallet, bank card, or AiBuySup account).

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 – 10 business days, depending on the policies of the bank/payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products that have been used or damaged due to customer error.

  • Products in the non-refundable category (e.g., special promotions, personal care items with opened packaging).

  • Customers failing to provide sufficient proof of product defect.
